GOPA IT Consultants Inc. has teamed up with SAP to build ‘Instant TM’. Instant TM is a preconfigured TM 8.0 Template Solution, pre-seeded with data and all major global and domestic shipper transportation scenarios, that allows customers to benefits in multiple ways.

1. TM 8.0 Deep Dive: For shippers interested in evaluating SAP TM8 beyond an initial System Demo, Instant TM can answer the questions that typically arise during a TMS system selection phase. After 2 – 3 days, you will have gathered critical information so you can make an educated decision with confidence. 
2. TM 8.0 Prototype: Would like to obtain proof points on critical functional or technical question prior to a TM 8.0 Implementation? You have the option to conduct a prototype with your individual processes and data, leveraging the Instant TM configuration. You will be provided an individual system landscape, hosted by SAP with remote access by your team. The prototype results will give you valuable insight into Business Case development and Implementation Project Planning. Your TM Prototype System is available to be re-used for your implementation project and will allow shortening the Training, Blueprint and Realization Phases, ensuring full investment protection.
3. TM 8.0 Proof of Concept: For very complex transportation challenges our team can configure a unique TM 8.0 Solution that can be integrated with your back-end SAP ECC System. Unique functional, integration or architecture challenges can be solved in a few weeks with full participation of your in-house team. Instant TM configuration will be leveraged to the extend possible, so we can together focus on the critical issues at hand. The resulting System Solution can be re-used for your subsequent SAP TM 8.0 Implementation to shorten the project and accelerate time to benefit. 

Furthermore, for customers who not part of SAP’s TM 8.0 Ramp-up program, Instant TM can provide an alternative. Leveraging Instant TM, Customers could start implementation project activities immediately, without waiting for General Availability of the software.
